Organised by the Office of Student Affairs of Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU) and supported by HYAB Funding Scheme for Youth Exchange in the Mainland, the “Guizhou Sports and Cultural Exchange Tour” took place from 24 to 28 June. As the University’s first sports-themed exchange initiative, it brought together 31 student-athletes from the men’s football, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball teams, marking a new chapter in youth sports exchange between Hong Kong and Guizhou.
During the tour, the team sharpened their skills alongside peers from Guizhou University of Commerce and experienced the region’s famous “Cun Chao” football matches and “Cun BA” basketball games. They also achieved victories in both friendly matches, showcasing the talent and spirit of HKSYU athletes.
