As part of the anniversary programme series, the Department of Law and Business at HKSYU, together with the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC), organised the “Mediation Workshop for Youth 2026” on 16 May 2026. Bringing together teams from six secondary schools, the workshop offered more than 20 students a practical introduction to the core concepts and skills of mediation.

Students stepped into the role of mediators, practising how to listen, communicate, and guide conversations towards constructive outcomes through simulated roleplay and interactive learning. Awards were also presented to recognise outstanding mediation performances.
