In late March, Hong Kong Shue Yan University organized a media training workshop for senior executives and teaching staff to help them make the most of every media and PR opportunity and develop their skills and confidence in media interviews.

The workshop was prepared by Dr. Quinton Chan, senior lecturer at the University’s Department of Journalism and Communication and a member of the Hong Kong Press Council Executive Committee. Dr. Chan shared with attendees the prevailing trends in the global media landscape, key components in media pitching, and how to communicate with clarity and confidence.
