“I actively engage in volunteer work, including organising youth activities, visiting the elderly, and supporting SEN children. Through Ming De’s workshops on seal carving and sign language, career planning sessions, and community visits, I have enhanced my skills and gained a profound understanding of caring for vulnerable groups. This award not only recognises my efforts but also motivates me to contribute to society with my expertise, promoting educational equity and community development,” she noted.

Orane LEE shared that over the past year, she has actively participated in various volunteer initiatives and competitions, designing interactive games to promote mental health among young people and creating EEG testing solutions for families with SEN, responding to overlooked needs. “This recognition gives me greater confidence to break out of traditional frameworks, combining expressive arts and professional knowledge to explore more service models.”

Orane pledged to make good use of the funding by dedicating herself to art therapy and diverse training opportunities, contributing to the creation of a more inclusive society.
